Antoine Sabin
An oil on canvas framed, French portrait of Antoine Sabin. It bears J.A. Sabin's date of birth, 8th October 1801, on the canvas and his age, 77, at the time of painting. It's very well painted and Antoine has a unique and characterful expression.
Dated 1878 and signed 'Henry Lovebat'.
We believe him to be the nephew or son of J.A. Sabin, whose portrait is also available on this site.
